180cfx Micro Ikon/brain Install
Ok.. been flying this little heli for a while now stock.. and for a micro is goes well.. plenty of power.. I cant both elevator and aileron tick toc.. as well as even piro flip it... Tail holds reasonable in a funnel.. but the tail is a bit inconsistent during some of the piroing moves... The stock AS3X is stick programable, or via telemetry if you have a DX9.
Anyway then came along the msh with the micro brain, which of course meant there was a micro ikon. Thanks to @BladeBandit at ArkRc I picked one of these bad boys up as well as some Zeal blades and lynx tail...

Question?
Motor Smelt Burnt
E5 came down with a burning smell on the weekend. I removed the canopy a caught a waft of burnt smell.
Motor was no hotter than usual but taking a good sniff both @hardys and myself could detect that burn smell.
Four more flights and the smell had faded and was never as strong as when I first smelt it.
Should I be worried?

Was looking at Google Earth at our flying field and noticed that the image was taken while me and my truck were there. How funny is that.

Dearest HGF, I have ordered a DT 520 and a V-bar NEO with the bailout function. How do I break the news to my better half?
Not me....my helicopters. My fleet will be getting a performance makeover tomorrow after I`ve finished flying. My two TSA 600Ns will be getting new GV-1 governors, and my TSA 600E will be getting a brand new set of BK 7001HV cyclic servos. So I`ll be a busy girl tomorrow afternoon and hopefully, I can have them all setup and ready to test fly on Monday afternoon after work.
