    Hi guys

Pics of my current scale models.

First one is a Funkey AS350 Squirrel. trex 600 mechs with a scale Starflex head and BeastX controller. Full lights including instruments. Just won the Pilot's Choice Award at the PARCS scale fun-fly held on the 18th May. Planning to build a 700 size version later in the year.

Second one is my just finished Smartmodel Alouette III. trex 600 mechs with 3 blade head and tail controlled by a AR7200BX. Painted in the colours of the Rhodesian AF circa 1972. Boxes on the engine are sand filters. Later models were fitted with a shroud over the exhaust to deflect the heat into the rotor wash. This heli was used extensively during the bush war, 1965-1989, and performed many rolls; troop carrier (twin .303 brownings in left door + 4 -6 troops), gunship (20mm cannon firing out of the left door), VIP transport and casevac.

Yes I must say @Ant that I am very impressed with your models. You can see the amount of time you have spent in creating these. Very well done. The detail on both are exceptional no wonder you won an award. Are you creating anything new at the moment?
