    Dear Australia

    We're pleased to again be able to ship LiPO to AUS since Fedex has recently changed their flying routes to AUS from Singapore. Any questions we're here to help

      @REVOJohn well just ordered some packs.. see how they go.. order the Blend435 by mistake... as these are apparently HV packs... I've emailed support seeing if they can change them to blend 420

      I will keep you posted on IR's.. and seeing I have a bump controller, it should be interesting.

      These seem very reasonably priced. Hard to get packs without going OS so i am eager on what the results longerterm are.

      A few of us now have a range of these packs.. so it will be very interesting to see how they hold up..

      btw for those who dont know.. and I didnt when I ordered them, but have since found out my esc should be right... will find out soon enough I suppose..

      Blend420 = 4.2v/cell
      Blend435= 4.35v/cell..

      so unless you charge the blend435 to 4.35v per cell, you will loose about 7% capacity...

      @Manyc , I think that if you charge a blend435 to 4.2 volts they will be the same as a blend420 at full charge, if you charge to 4.35 volts you will gain 7%, I think that's the point of a blend435. Am I reading this wrong?
      Simon
      ps. Good luck with the esc

      from my understanding.. the capacity is 5000mah at 4.35% ... not sure how to tell the actual capacity of the pack in total... unless you drain it completely flat and kill it...

      done 3 cycles on the charger... cells are sitting between 1.2 - 1.5 per cell... with 1.5 only being on one.. with every other cell in that pack at 1.2 .. doing it via the bump charger so hopefully I get some graphs out of it

      That's a good point about the mAH of the pack, maybe it is so. I guess the way to tell (without killing a pack) would be fly a blend420 then a blend 435 back to back for 4 minutes hard and see what's left and see how they feel. I suppose the advantage of 4.35 volts will be more punch for the same flight time, but hey, I'm only guessing. Interesting stuff...

      Maybe @REVOJohn can chime in here and tell us all the advantages / disadvantages of blend435 vs 420's. I'm sure quite a few peeps would be interested in that post, and help them make an informed decision...

      I am interested as well. These packs look to be good so far.

      Hi guys. Sorry for the delay but been busy

      1. Blend435 allows higher charging V, thus more mAhr or whr per unit of weight. Of course in the battery industry it comes with a sacrifice is cycle life.
      If you looking for long life stick to Blend420, if you want super light with high thrust power go for the Blend435 and noted the lowering of cycle life expected

      There is an FAQ section on www.revoblends.com also which may be interesting reading

      So question
      I would have thought charging a 435 pack to 4.2 would result in longer life packs as comparibly it would be the same as charging standard packs to 4.18 each cycle charge.

      @REVOJohn
      Can yo uplease confirm the size of the 420 gopacks B420 YS4400-7S-XS, they are listed on your website to be 52mm tall but the 6s version is also 52mm tall?
      Just wondering how much the height is out on this description? Thanks

      Yes spot on. Personally I suggest sticking to Blend420 as they chemistry does not get hammered as much as compared to 4.2V. If you can sacrifice cycle life then use the Blend435s

      Great interview on the RC Heli Hooligans podcast @REVOJohn.

      I'll definitely be checking out the Revo packs after that.

      I`m so wanting to try those GO packs in my X7. I may pick up a set when it`s time for new batteries.

      So far so good @Geena. The boys have been hammering them back here in Aus. No bad reports yet - @gonehelimad has been meticulous about recording flight frequency per battery and battery cell resistance.
