Hi @Nelson. I use holographic contact which i purchased from hobby king and cut it to shape - usually a square shape on the blades gives a really nice visual effect when flying. I have a couple of meters of this stuff and purchased it a couple of years ago. It sticks very well - rarely comes off and is so light it does not affect the balancing. However I just looked on hobby kings site and it does not look as if its available. The main thing is the material should be strong, light and very sticky.

 

Thank you for responding Smakmeharder, do I call you that? I'm new to all this so I didn't see any other name. Here is the thing. I may have some of that material because I bought some a couple of years ago from them...I think? I've bought so many from so many places I can't remember any of them. When you look at it with a hand held magnifying glass can you see "pixilation" in the material? I have tested so many brands side by side with the original Razr material and none of them gives the same degree of flash from as many angles as whatever was used in the RAZR stuff. The RAZR stuff shows no pixilation when viewed up close even with a hand held magnifying glass. And it is kind of creamy or "pearl" when just looking at it in normal light. I'm not weird, it really is better than any other material I've found so far but I only have few small pieces left?!!

 

But Shakemeharder I would like to try some if I could? I would gladly pay for your trouble and shipping and all that? Is that ok? How do we do this? Again, I'm new to all this...I just loooooove flying r/c helicopters!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again.
