Just don't do hard skid bumps lol

 

So just how hard were your skid bumps @3dmick? When my tail belt fell off i was up dam high, hit the deck on my skids, nothing......Did you deck it? Please explain!

 

Nice flight man! Is two minutes the maximum flight time with this little maniac? And how could the tail belt fall off?

 

Hi @iggy. I get 2 minutes and 50 seconds to leave 30% in the packs. When i first brought the Gobli 380 many months ago it did not have the belt guide upgrade installed. I ran my belt too loose. So the combination of running the belt loose without having the belt guide and smaking it pretty hard at the same time made the belt flip off. That was about 5 - 6 months ago roughly. Ever since then i have been flying pretty much every flight the same as in the video for over 500 flights now and i have only had to change the belt.

Today was pretty windy so I kept the heli up higher than normal. Its a fun machine and if you don't crash or have electrical failure it is very economical to fly. I want to get some descent videos, maybe tomorrow. Also i have the Tareq motor and my batteries are over 120 flights each so they are starting to loose the super kick a newer battery has.

 

Im looking for a 570 belt guide but cant find it in switzerland or germany. Its sold out everywhere..

 

Hi mate just hard enough to break one skid
The problem is we run the belt really tight
So the tail fin must of hit the ground at the same time and cracked the boom all my fault no worries it will be back in the air soon lol
