I turned up for a looky at the Freestyle Flyers field today. Down the road and there's an open gate and a huge sign,,this way!!! Easy to find :)
I didn't bring the heli cos I was on the bike, but just wanted to drop in and see what I'd missed out on these past 10 years.
A big thanks to everyone for making me so welcome, Argy who let me come out on the flight line and spot, gave me a great overview of the club, and made me feel very welcome. Steve, who gave me a bucketload of flying tips, info on the new birds, and offered a great friendship, we have a lot in common.
There was a huge amount of helis in the pits, great to see the charging setups, bust especially all the new birds with the latest gadgetry. I still fly my X-Cell Custom 60 but will be getting something real soon now that MA are no longer.
Just a big thank you everyone, you really are a great group.

It was super quiet.. looked like it had plenty of power... but the blades look wrong compared to the body.. but it defiantly flew well.. was a crappy day to fly.. Will be good to see once they get used to the heli and it's a nicer day

The chord of the blade looks way to small when the canopies on...
