I rarely wear sunglasses when I fly & I think it's the polarization that upsets my depth perception. I have heard this from others as well. I'm keen to buy another pair to explore the difference.

Here are my flight glasses. Can`t fly without them, as they are prescription. But they have that anti UV coating stuff, and amber driving lenses.

I use Oakley MonsterDog with gold iridium Polarized lenses for cloudy days. And the black iridium for sunny days Have had them for 4 years!

I don't like polarized lenses, no good can come of them and you will eventually go to hell, (probably not for wearing the glasses)

The ONLY polarized glasses that work for me so far are OAKLEY... It seems that they use finer Polaroid strips. Cheaper polaroids freak me out when staring at the rotor blades - i actually get a strobe effect and i cant see the disk properly.

So these are RC specific and not a bad price by the looks & I like the optional colour lense's.
