Cant seem to find any other FBL units that support a Hobbywing phase sensor or any for that matter..

    Am I right?

I know Spartan Vortex VX1 does claim to, but "not optimized".... they're all mainly for nitro governors

Are you all using your ESCs to do that job?

Last thing I need is a bogged down headspeed to hinder my flying style

There are a few others, Skookum and Icon-Brain units

The spartan is about to release their version soon enough

Don't panic about the governor in the speedy not working well, it was how we all got by before the current units.

Vbar gov is awesome but it does allow the heli to over speed more than kontronik mode 4. If you have a nice smooth running machine then it should be fine. The skookum gov seems to lack a slow start and I have no experience with the ikon gov.

Really?? Didnt know that... thats awesome. Gotta check that out

So, I guess im just anal about my setup guys... In the meantime I think im going to pay that extra for a Kontronik ESC since I heard they had great internal governors. Plus, they're Beast :)

Going to get the Spartan Vortex VX1 and wait for their electric governor release on the firmware
