I E-mailed Thunder Tiger just to make sure it is %100 true and correct. As there has been no official statement by them.

    Hello Mark

Thank you very much for your faithful supports in the past years. Because
Heli market changes, we are obliged to discontinue some helicopters and only
keep few main sizes (E700,E550,and E360) of the heli product line.
Although some helicopters are discontinued, we are going to produce limited
quantity of parts for them, and the parts quantity can satisfy market demand
at least 3 years. For the active heli like E700, E550, E360, Thunder Tiger
promises all parts will be available to customers all the time. If you have
any demand of the heli parts, please feel free to contact us by email
    (order@thundertiger.com / info@thundertiger.com ) for the availability. We
will do our best to meet your demand.
Please let us know if you have any other question.

    Many Thanks,
    Andrew

So there we have it, it's now official !

Ok so ... By reading that it looks like for the discontinued helis, like the G4 they are still doing part support for the next 3 years.

That's by their estimates... I wonder if they're just going to go into full steam production to knock out as many parts as they think will last for three years or if there will be regular production runs over the next three years? If it's the former then my guess is that the parts supply will dry up very quickly because every one will be rushing out to buy as many spares as they can while they're available. That's what I would be doing if I owned one of those models anyway.

Why on earth are they keeping the 360? Has anyone ever bought one here in Oz? IMO they should stick to the big birds, ditch the crappy 360 and keep the G4.1 instead.
