Thanks Dude. I never felt attached to Phoenix. Real Flight 7 feels heaps better. Looking forward to seeing how this one goes.

 

my ONLY concern.... is the stick movement responsive... for me in phoenix there is always stick lag.... enough for me to notice big time...

 

For me Phoenix is shiz, Real Flight 7 was a bit better (still like flying in a pot of goo ! Sloppy!), neXt is the best so far, for physics , but Accurc hopefully will be the ticket.. I'd say in about 3 - 4 weeks it will be on our doorstep and then we will know..

 

It wont be an issue .. They would not put his much work into something like this , to leave that set shiz

 

I have never tried neXt so can't comment. I am Mac based so probably should give it a try. What are using as an interface between your radio and neXt.

 

lol, The Realflight Tranny.. It is compatable with many different transmitters. You can download a free trial that runs for two minutes at a time...Enough to get a feel for the sim.

Look pretty good to me... Blade farts sound a bit off, not that i really care, and funny thing going on with the boom when the heli piros , but then again, we don't know how old the video really is, Might be from an old beta, that was sitting on his laptop for 3 months before
being uploaded, We also don't know what settings where used and what video card was being used, i'd say it wont be an issue in the final retail release.

youtube videos are always degraded after upload anyway ..

 

Ok one thing i dont like straight up is how the blades look.. why cant we see the blade pattern on the disk? It cant be that hard surely and would add significantly to the visual realism IMO. The blades look like a transparent 20c piece stuck on the top of the rotor!... Yeah yeah maybe i am over critical and i know other sims don't do this either, but....

 

Yer i'm kinda with ya on that, maybe you can change that in the settings like you can on the neXt sim .. If not i'm sure they will make an update .. I think they will be very proactive.. Things have to have a first release at some stage and then feedback and improvements come
