    News has just come to pass that our longtime serving member Jason Griffin suddenly passed away on Saturday Night (20th Dec). We all know that Jason Griffin had a passion for all things RC heli related and was a long time editor/publisher of the MRCHC distribution newsletter and was also a longtime employee of Arkrc.

    We express sincere condolences on the passing of Jason. It was an honor to have known him and he will be sadly missed by many in the RC community.

    RIP Jason Griffin.

      This was the last time I spoke to Jason.... and how I exactly remember seeing him. We will miss you Jason and it was a pleasure to know you.

      Hi Everyone. Details regarding Jasons Funeral...



      Below are the details for Jason’s funeral where the service, burial and the wake will take place:

      Wednesday, 31 December 2014

      Chapel service commences at 2.15pm
      Burial service 3.15pm followed by light refreshments

      Federation Chapel, Lilydale Memorial Park
      126-128 Victoria Road
      LILYDALE

      N.B. There are two cemeteries on this road, as you turn off from Maroondah Hwy it is the second one and not Lilydale Lawn Cemetery, which the first one.

      Was very saddened to hear of Jasons passing.
      Lovely guy who was always very helpful and did lots of behind the scenes work for the Melb Heli Club while I was member there.

      Omg how sad. Awww poor fellow.
      My heart goes out to him and the family. He will definitely be missed.
      People I feel so bad for this man.
      All I know is he is in a better place right now and is looking down at us and smiling saying what's up I am here and I'm ok . Take care big guy you'll be missed by alot of people .

      Yes we lost two Jasons, both heli enthusiasts. We think they are looking over the heli fields everytime we fly...
