    An awesome highlight from Weston Park International Model Show. These radio controlled jet turbine powered helicopters sounded like the real thing as they whizzed around the runway. One had a classic smoke system and the fantastic EL-smoke DUO system on its skids enabling it to leave 3 smoke trails.

    The helicopters are created from Vario Lama SA 315 B kits. They are 1:5.6 scale. The rotor is 2.5 m and overall weight is approximately 19KG. Piloted skillfully by Yann Moindrot and his wife.

      That's quite impressive... probably as close as one can get to flying the real thing, where scale- r/c is concerned. Nice!

      Its a big heli... and it looks very realistic and seems to move similar to a big heli.
