It was fairly windy, so I let him fly the 500.

 

No tricks, just working on hovering. He did have a good time though.

 

Oh good stuff! so long as he is enjoying it. If he can get over the learning hump and have a good time doing it then all the better!.

 

Tommy is lucky to have you there guiding him, it can be tough to get into if you know no-one

I was buddy boxing Tommy. He was ready for the piro-flip but didn't want to show up Grandpa!

Seriously, he did great. I got a new appreciation for buddy boxing. I wish I had somebody to buddy box me. Would've been a lot less crashing!

 

Sorry for my absence, but I have been on a trip with Tommy and my wife. We went to Yosemite, Mono Lake, Carson City, and Lake Tahoe. I took over 180 pictures to document the trip, of those, these two are his favorites. I don't know why!

 

He has a great excuse for his absence, and the pics to prove it (fly what? not interested ATM)
