FUN! wow what a job you have bagged there @Geena. Flying in small aircraft was a unique experience for me as well so i can relate. Personally i felt so free, like I could go anywhere. Having the possibility of going for a fly every now and then is very cool. Imagine if you could obtain your pilots license as part of the job! Wouldn't that be something else! Sky diving is another incredible experience. What a great day you had, Lucky girl!

 

This flight was just with a friend of mine who asked me to go along, and I`m glad I did. I have flown many many times, but it`s all been in helicopters until today. The company owner where I work now, said that I will definitely receive pilot training through the company, and I am really looking forward to that. As for skydiving...I went into the skydiving school and snagged a brochure. I`m planning on going back up there and doing that pretty soon too

 

Cool the ol 152 has taught many a private pilot!

 

I thoughtfully recommend skydiving. It was the most incredible experience for me. Most people talk about an adrenaline rush - not me, I had the opposite effect! It was the most relaxing and surreal experience ever had. I felt humbled it let me realize just how small we are compared to the rest of the world. Much different to bungee jumping where I did experience the big adrenaline rush. Yes @Geena if you get the chance you wont regret it (providing the chute opens)...

 

I second that. Go as high as you can. At least one minute free fall.

 

And if the chute doesn't open... you won't have long to regret it!
