But seriously it wasnt his fault! This was definitely Crash Heligod, Have a look at the chat window on the portal page. The castle decided to spontaneously combust and it did a real number on the poor heli...

Never said it was his fault... I doubt he could control when an ESC burst into flame.. but something always seems to happen when he flys his or someone elses heli. @Crash Heligod must have him bookmarked or something...

Crash visited me while I was flying my 450 today. The esc cut out while in a banked circuit. Not really any carnage to show. Crash, I don't mind our visits, but does it always have to be on the first pack?

I believe you hit the nail (maybe with a crowbar) on the head @feral, that is in fact TNC's official position on that boney mofo, it's in our Charter

Oh dear! It would appear as though i have ruffled a few feathershafts... First pack crashes are designed to give you more time to spend with your precious helicopter. After all you have to repair it sometime.... why not on your day off! muah ha ha ha....

Crash tallied up three more today and nearly a fourth. The first one was a 500 that was using a brand new YEP esc and it took a dump during flight. The second was a dumb thumb with a GAUI X3, the third was a 450 that was planted inverted on the pavement. I tried to remaiden my 500, but during spool up the tail stopped rotating. No damage, and I'll repair that on Tuesday. (veterans day in the states). I like you guys, but can you get Crash to return to OZ? His US vacation has been going on for far too long now.

Yes @Mark Mickels I enjoy international relations and I have been zipping in and out from many different countries around the world, vacating in your region quite frequently. Poor @3dmick and @smakmeharder felt it hard over the weekend and last week so i thought i should balance the scales and catch up with you guys for a bit of reminiscing. I would come home @Mark Mickels but i have just had my green card approved - so i am contemplating taking permanent residency.. Its so nice in your area on friday 31st of october many people just walked right up to me and gave me free candy. They also complimented me on my look! What an awesome country you have....

Crash you're welcome to come over anytime for Halloween, but there are other holidays that might be of interest. Guy Fawkes Night is very good in the U.K., also they have Boxing day. Germany has Octoberfest. Fun to be had all over Europe!

Todays crash was one of the most destructive ive had my poor Rush is totaled

The worst part of it is that I should have known better!!!

I shut my tail in my car door not long after I built it ever since then its had this tail harmonic that I havnt been able to find.

Turns out I cacked my tail hub and today it finally let go in a low fast funnel.

I knew I should have replaced the hub but didnt

      RIP Beasty you'll be missed..

Untill the Evo arrives that is

I too had a visit from crash sunday . Failed to fully engage my arming plug on my x7 . 4530-540 & 200km speed runs melted the wire .. luckily I noticed tge motor cut out and brought it down only to loose complete power (using a bec) about 4m up . Fell to the ground
Damage... tail blades & elongated the bolt holding TT end driving the tail gear .. lesson learned crash arming plug removed !!!!
