He @William, @The Dude has a logo 600 as well but was feeling rather dis-enchanted with it - ie he could not get it to fly the way he wanted. What are the specs of this machine? Nice flying btw...

 

Mine is on 10S I have a Jive 80HV, Xera 4030 2.5Y 560, I think it has 12T

I have a full size VBar running 5.1 Pro HBL950s, and a HBL980

 

Do you use the standard head dampeners @William? We found the 600 to be pretty loose on the head using standard dampeners.... W

 

I use the Trueblood Green and one Align 80° from the old trex 600

 

Awesome thank you so much for that @William. Did you notice a big difference using these dampeners? We find that the stock dampeners tend to be really soft. Was that your experience?

 

Yes, they worked OK for my style, but they did not last very long?

I have a complete kit to "upgrade" my machine to a 600SX, I have the head block, and the counter bearing support and third bearing thing for the mast... I will need to change my motor to a Scorpion, which I also have...

 

The flight after this one the belt jumpped the pulley, no damage but it was just the push I needed to start the upgrades!

 

ha ha. I never did the upgrades... now i am turning all the up grades to a second 600

 

William after a two week flying low I'm eager as ever to go punch out another 12 packs on my logo 550se, 600se. Great smooth flying man, a nice reminder that it doesn't need to be smack to be gold

Thats true! Sometimes I fly smooth - sometimes smak. Just depends what mood i am in. When you fly smooth your not so much living on the edge! you tend to relax and absorb the environment a bit more....

Logo 600sx video from today. Just trying to put together some poor collective management without hitting the ground

Got along way to go to get a decent routine, but am still sim-practicing orientations/inverted circuits/piro-transitions in order to get better flow in future flights/videos.
