It's actually a tiger fish, and they do not live in Australia, don't swim for your boat in Africa! The Candiru mentioned earlier by @Piro-flop swim into your penis via the hole in the end, the spines only allow for a one way incursion, you need an operation to get that bad boy out of your old fella!
