If you have a bucket of cash... why would crashing concern you? If you have no cash and throw down in the deck then you have balls

 

I think if you have cash and you were crashing you might just put it in the to hard basket - and take up croquet or something like that. But what drives the madman inside us to try more and more crazy stunts with these beutiful machines we build and cherish so much, then smak the hell out of them when flying.... why? why?

 

Modafinil.

 

It takes 5-10 years of flying almost everyday or around 5 years of sym 3-5 hours a day.

When you move to 700 crashes and cash are not a problem anymore. You will not crash often. What you really lack is time and determination to perform boring exercises.

I do not care if I can piroflip anymore. Half piroflip with 800 is enough for me.

ICE in vic? well theres one thing for sure, after every good smak session i get an adrenalin hit... when i come back from the flight line and my legs are shaky, thats a great sign - i am content!

 

I would also say you need to be a adrenalin junkie. If adrenalin is too much for your heart and mind you will never become a smak pilot.

Then there is the thing about the balls. You may have them or not.

I wouldnt say that its cash. Maybe. But I have seen a lot of pilots with a lot of cash flying like the heli would brake apart every moment by it self when its in the air...
