    If anyone here is close by and interested in going, the Space coast Helicopter Fun Fly is going on Next weekend. Here is the information for the event. This is a fun event...hope to see you there. :)


    The Space Coast RC Heli Association Is Pleased to Announce the Space Coast RC Heli Fun-Fly being held on Runway 10/28 at Valkaria Airport. Be ready to have the sun at your back all day as you enjoy 7 flying stations and a 1,600ft flight line.

    Dates: April 12th - 13th, 2014

    Flying Fee’s (Current AMA Membership Required)
    Pilots $20.00 – includes Saturday Lunch

    Schedule
    Saturday:
    8:00 AM: Flying Starts
    9:00:00 AM: Pilot’s meeting
    12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Pilot demos, full scale helicopter demos
    1:00 PM – Dark: Open flying
    After Dark: Night flying

    Sunday:
    8:00 AM: Field opens
    8:00 AM – 5:00pm: Open flying

      Awesome Geena, thanks for the info... We are going to have an event calendar in the next few weeks.. It's in the testing stage now, so it's being worked on .. wish i could make it over, lol

      An events calender would be awesome, and I have several more events to post into it too. I wish you could make it over too, it`s going to be a blast. :)

      Here is another one guys. The Orlando Mini Blowout.

      2014 Orlando Mini Blowout! Saturday, May 3th
      Flying, Fun, Food and Prizes!
      Once again, our Winter Garden field will be open to any and all pilots who wish to come, a small $10 landing fee will be required and a AMA card to fly.
      All pilots wishing to attend need to arrive no later than 12pm. Spectators are welcome for free.
      Prizes and contests will be announced further down the road.
      Come spend some time with top pilots and not so top pilots (Friends)

      September 27th 2014
      TRAC is a premier radio control aircraft club in the Tampa Bay area.
      7208 Taylor Road
      Seffner, FL (not for mail)
      Hillsborough County
      AMA Chartered Club #220

      The field is located at 7208 Taylor Rd, just north of Interstate 4, off Exit 10, old 8. Take Exit 10 off I-4, head north on County Road 579 for approx. 1 mile. Turn right onto Pruett Rd. Turn right onto Taylor. Look for the TRAC sign. (Field is next to Bing Park, South of park). GPS coordinates N 28 01.004 W 82 17.413
