    Hi Guys

    I just purchased a second hand 800.

    I had a question but I worked it out myself but I cant find a way to delete this thread.

      I fly 800 with 120A HV YEP. Second 800 has 180A HV YEP.

      Please be carefull with RPM. Even in 700 160A ESC is now a standard because 700 can burn 120 ESC if you fly very hard.

      I understand. The frame is pretty new but I purchased it second hand but it looks like the electrics was swapped.

      Im not going to fly it with the 120. Ill upgrade it to the 160 with a stronger motor.

      Look today I reached 192 km/h (119.3 mph) with 4.2kW ($50) Gartt 700 530kV motor and YEP 180A HV (around $200). Currents I use 780mm Align blades. I have also 810mm RJX asymmetric blades. Next time I expect >200 km/h.

      Do you need more? ;)

      Motor was not hot. Neither ESC. I can pushed it harder.

      Keep in mind Gartt makes now stronger 4.5kW motor. It has NMB bearings... smooth and quiet.
