No but I do use X8s, Kosmik, genuine vbar pro, high end airframes and blades. The only cheap gear on my heli would be the turnigy heatshrink and servo extensions.

I dont, but one of my friends has a Turbine engine in his rc helicopter, and its Futaba all round, servos, receiver.

Well lads great work, looks like we won't be seeing utrinque around this forum anymore, he can no longer log in.

That chap was a fine resource of ingenuity and information, And a good sports flyer. Anyone can get a top end heli in the air, but making a clone reliable takes skill and thought. It's also quite rewarding, it used to be called modelling....

Has @utrinque been kicked, I hope it's not a permanent ban, just a 'pull your head in' temporary ban. I do agreee with @Busher , although he can be a pain in the arse, he does have a lot to contribute, just needs to be tempered, that's all

And a unique ability to piss a lot of people off... Pitty he could not just stay on track with the interesting ideas, and leave the other part of the personality alone. It is what it is i guess, so be it ... I never bothered with any of the threads as they always turned into personal attacks or attacks on products, got a bit sick off seeing it happen in every post .. It just detracted away from the enjoyment of the forum as a whole.

Yes the thing i noticed he would post some good stuff but would for some reason troll. If he worded things better or did not make it personal it would be ok. If he just put his point across without criticising other things people would probably be more tolerant and not complained. For example - "my clone is excellent i only spent x dollars" is ok. Nothing wrong with that. but saying "my clone is excellent i only spent x dollars - and your helicopter is over priced and faulty - mine is much better" is not really ok especially when the same thing is repeated. Sure talk about the clone - some great info there - but please just leave the other helis alone.
