    I got this Diabolo 550 a couple of weeks ago from Len...... It was already built, all I needed to add is an ESC and Vbar. I have been flying it any chance I can get..... And LOVE it!!! Its super smooth, I feel very comfortable with it.....

    Motor is a Savox 4760 1200kv
    MKS 9767 HV servos
    Mini Vbar with Vbar Sat
    Zeal tail baldes 80mm
    Rail main blades 556

    So I just got my Hobbywing 100a ESC and a Mikado Capacity senor. Next I will upgrade the Mini Vbar to a NEO......

    Anyway here are some pics.... Oh and im not 100% sold on the Orange! So it might change.....

      How good will that thing will be with a set of VTX 557 blades once they release them ;)

      Couple more things came in.... I got the blade holder and the quick canopy mounts from Peak Aircraft in the USA...

      It's all done, for now!!

      Fitted the Tenax canopy mounts and also weighed the Heli with a 6s 4500 40c lipo RTF

      Very fracking nice mate! - I think the Diabolo is the absolute bomb - a true dream machine. IMHO the best boutique 6s 550 in Australia. Waiting for a flying thread....

      Couldn't agree more! the look and flight characteristics are second to none. Its strong, its light, well built and looks very cool. Your a lucky man - PS @simon, i like the orange boom! Matches perfectly!

      I had an orange boom on my protos 450 and had the tail rate at around 740. It was one of the factors that helped me piro flip at a pretty fast rate. Very visible at any position. I also used to color code.... ie landing gear green - so i could easily tell weather the heli was upright or upside down.

      @smakmeharder after today I think the Orange is going to stay!!! I'm finding it good with the orientations, it has surprised me....

      Your slow motion looks like it was taken out of a documentary on "How RC Helicopters Fly"... I can just imagine some Attenborough type voice overlay on this.

      lol it is a bit like that....

      I loaded it into movie maker and it plays at normal speed, which I thought was odd.... so I did those 2 vids from the iPhone
