My New "used" Project..

    wanted to get the oxy3 build kit, but opted for this trex 250 instead. Mainly because of money issues and this seams like it was a good buy for $150. comes with lots of extras and already has a lot of cnc upgrades. so we'll see..

      Looks good @Hellifun, I have also been thinking about the Oxy3 but can't really justify the cost while I still have a T-Rex250 kicking about. I really want to convert my 250 to FBL. I just need to stop being lazy and do it lol. Good luck with your's, it looks nice and clean.

      Did it come with servos? Should be a fun unit.

      yes. it has align servos on it. But i'm gonna try to replace those with the kst servos I have..
      Does anyone know if the trex 250 needs a set screw plate and screw put in the tail rotor section? I was watching a video and a guy on there said he had to add that to keep that section from twisting or moving on the boom..thanks guys!!

      We were in question as to whether KST DS215MG servos would fit the 250.

      thanks black knight! I hope I can learn a lot with it. This one comes with the 3G fbl and a align rx. I believe i'll replace the align with a spek. rx though!

      the servo's on it are DS415M ALIGN Servo's that are 22.9x12x25.8 mm and these KST'S are 23x12x27.5mm. so they should fit.
