Ah yes you bastard what a disaster. It all started when our club president came back into the pits from the hovering area asking for a pilot that was mode 1. I answered yes the next thing you know I was holding the tx of a potential new members raptor 50 nitro. He explained to me that heli when a hover drifted cool I said thinking this was just experienced. But noooooooo this was Don last week buy himself after he had a couple of our own gurus. So as I spooled it up getting to center stick all good just a smidgen more collective up she goes but noooooooo it tipped over proceeding to slice the boom off turning the blades to CAN (carbon fiber confetti).Standing there in total disbelief I said I DIDNT DO A THING the owner had pretty much it same look on his face. After we CSI ' the scene I checked the gyro compensation both elevator and aileron were backwards. Oh well what can I say. Thank god it was not mine. SO SUFFER CRASH YOU MISSED ME....
But shiz I felt bad. But I'm over now. Eat my shorts crash,

This is definitely a case of the Crash Heligod Electronics Curse (commonly known as C.H.E.C) Even though you set everything up perfectly, and it is checked three times, some how he is able to weave his magic and reverse certain parameters. It happened to me once as well. I went through 3 sets of blades while trying to take off. Lucky it was a minip and only the blades needed replacing.

Or a separate flight pack, I run MKS servos with an unregulated lipo flight pack (8.4v) (150 flights and going strong)

no bec, a 2s straight into the receiver, perfect solution, one less failure point. If I did I'd use a Scott Grey Reactor or a Gryphon
