Newbie Help Motor For Goblin 570 On 12s

    Ok... currently I am running a Quantum 4125-560 motor in my goblin 570. I upgraded it from a scorpion 4025-1100 6s motor. And while it has more power, I have never been hugely impressed by it... could be because its now a bit heavier, even tho I upped the head speed by 100-200 rpm when I put in the quantum, I just remember not being wowed by it....

    anyway, always looking at other alternatives... but to be honest I'll see what difference the blackline blades make, as they should be a bit stiffer..

    the two motors I am looking at are

    Not saying I am going to go out and buy one... but its on my mind.... other than those two what else would be a contender? not really interested in the pyro.. but I could be convinced...

    Thoughts?

      its not really a fair contest... Mick it brutal on his motors... I mean his xtreeme 800 took out a restraining order on him due to abuse

      I hope so... money has exchanged hands... souls have been sold...

      Hopefully I get it before the weekend so I can get it in and smack her around on the weekend...

      Dude the amount you load up those motors is insane... I would say you have no collective management but you do... and a lot of it as well... just with electric you use it for evil not good. :)

      yep.. mini protos bling... goblin 570 blacklines... and hopefully a new motor... plus @bjay415 got the logo 600... I havent flown for 2 weeks or so.. yep weather is going to suck...

      And the grey/white colour scheme is awesome. I don't care what anyone says, you can see that Heli clear az!!!

      I like this guys style... Some nice moves there indeed. And so my theory about the 570 persists in my mind. I feel the size of the 570 is optimum for hard smak...more so than the larger goblins.. It just appears to be the sweet spot for the goblin model.

      Well the KDE 550XF 565 G3 -rocks
      Got some flights on the 570 to day
      Running 2600 rpm head speed no bogging at all the motor come down
      At 60c after some hard smack with 30% 3.5min flight fits nice with no rubbing on the canopy image.jpg image.jpg
