Well i recieived my goblin 380 on Saturday the 9/5/15 at around 11.00 am from zen RC. After one hour of gasbagging with @ZEN RC we decided it was time to start building at 12:00 am.

FIRST STEP.... File down all the edges of the frames using sandpaper.

The frames went together really easily. The most significant thing i should point out was that you should make sure you install the battery clip. Small part easy to forget.

I installed the bottom plates and the servo mount as suggested in the manual. If you dont insert the servo now, you will have to remove the rear servo mount at a later stage.

One of the things about this build is how well laid out the components are and how impressive the instruction manual is.

I brought the optional landing gear... the mounts here are non standard. The front landing gear mount is a bit tricky to figure out so inspect the photo below.

Wow - just finished a 380 build in 75 minutes. I'm getting good at this.
Started at 10am this morning, all done at 11:15. All electronics fitted and tested.
Granted I didn't have to set up the FBL, pitch range, tail etc, Customer will need to do that when they get it.
Courier on my doorstep at 3pm to pick it up and take it to it's new home.

      Still - that was quick

Are you for real? Serious? That is amazing!!!!! 75 minutes? @The Dude, you have a new challenge!!!

We should set up a time lapse camera with clock overlay. This is one major selling point of this bird IMO

      LOL
I reckon @The Dude would win hands down if he gave it a crack.
He's way quicker and less patient than me.

I must admit - I did have everything set up, tools, loctite, electronics out of the packets etc before I started. But once I started I dived straight in...
No phone calls, no coffee, no wee wee breaks ;)

The faster you build, the sooner you can get it up in the air to crash again! I love it! muah ha ha ha

75 minutes..... I suspect muscle memory played some part in that.

LOL quite probably. I hardly had to look at the instructions. And even then it was mostly just checking the bag numbers.

I tend to use muscle memory for other pursuits - hehe
