     I keep seeing the keyword "drone" used in these discussions, and no mention of the word " helicopter". Does that mean helis are exempt?

     I think helis will get caught up in the drone wake. I mean they are very similar and they can be also setup to do FPV with stablisation systems. I think they will also include airplanes. Its a logical extension.
